SES Environmental (SES) is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Holocene Environmental (Holocene), based in southwest Michigan.
Previously, Holocene and SES worked as co-consultants on petroleum-related underground storage tank projects for about 10 years. In an effort to expand service capabilities, the logical decision was made to bring Holocene under the SES banner.
Eric Larcinese, former president of Holocene Environmental, stated “Holocene has worked with SES for 10 years, and when I was considering a succession plan for my business, I thought of SES. They care about their employees and I can continue to focus on my client’s best interests.”
“We are excited to welcome Holocene employees to our 100% employee-owned company, and we look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to their clients,” said Thomas Timmermans, President of SES. “The additional office in Paw Paw, Michigan expands SES’s geographic office coverage in southwest Michigan and northwest Indiana. This acquisition will allow us to provide more cost-effective services to our clients.”
