William P. Wagner, III

For more than 17 years, William (Bill) Wagner has conducted and/or managed thousands of projects including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), specific internal environmental reports; underground storage tank (UST) removal management and oversight; UST closures; leaking UST investigation and remediation; and vapor intrusion exposure pathway assessments throughout the US.

Mr. Wagner is responsible for managing projects involving subsurface investigations, remediation, compliance, and industrial hygiene. He prepares bids, proposals, and cost estimates for a variety of projects with both known and unknown environmental contamination.
