Christie Santiago

For more than 29 years, Christie Santiago has conducted and/or managed thousands of projects including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Environmental Transaction Screens, specific internal environmental reports; baseline environmental assessments (BEAs); documentation of due care compliance (DDCC) reports; underground storage tank (UST) removal management and oversight; UST closures; leaking UST investigation and remediation; and vapor intrusion exposure pathway assessments throughout the US. Properties have included vacant and agricultural land, multi‐tenant commercial and residential complexes, gasoline service stations, various commercial and industrial facilities, and confirmed Brownfield sites.

Ms. Santiago is responsible for managing projects involving subsurface investigations, remediation, and compliance. She prepares bids, proposals, and cost estimates for a variety of projects with both known and unknown environmental contamination. Her clients rely on her vast knowledge and ability to get things done when others have failed.
