Michelle Arsenault is a Professional Engineer (PE) with more than 25 years of environmental consulting experience. She has expertise evaluating contaminated sites and conducting and preparing Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs); Phase II subsurface investigations; baseline environmental assessments (BEAs); documentation of due care compliance (DDCC) reports, underground storage tank (UST) removal management and oversight; UST closures; preparation of construction bid specifications; PE for bid specifications and remediation system design; and preparation of spill prevention control and countermeasures (SPCC) plans.
