Curtis Lichy, PG, CPG

Curtis Lichy is responsible for managing projects involving subsurface investigations, remediation, and compliance. He prepares bids, proposals, and cost estimates for a variety of projects with both known and unknown environmental contamination. He manages projects and staff to ensure project deliverables are submitted within established timelines, and often serves as a main point of contact for clients requiring streamlined communication. He conducts senior reviews of reports and ensures clients are updated on the project results prior to submittal of reports.

For more than 24 years, Mr. Lichy has conducted and/or managed thousands of projects including leaking underground storage tank (LUST) investigation and remediation, underground storage tank (UST) removal management and oversight, UST closures; vapor intrusion exposure pathway assessments, and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). Properties have included gasoline service stations, multi‐tenant commercial and residential complexes, various commercial and industrial facilities, and vacant land.
